What is Gestalt Therapy?

 Gestalt therapy is a psychological approach which focuses on your lived experience in the present moment. Profoundly humanistic and holistic, it takes into consideration your entire being (physical, emotional, spiritual, social, mental…) bringing movement within your repeated blocked patterns. 

In other words, we look into your “how” rather than your “why”: how you get into contact, how you relate to others, how you adapt to your environment, bringing more consciousness and alignment to who you are  in relation with yourself and others. The variety of therapeutic approaches used in Gestalt such as person-centered therapy, humanistic therapy and psychodynamic therapy, bring into light your repeated patterns, enabling you to take ownership of your well-being using specific tools. EVERYTHING IS POSSIBLE. 

Relationships being at the heart of this approach, the connection that is created between you and your therapist is of great importance. It is through this relationship, by co- creating during your sessions, that you will explore and find the adjustments that work best for you to feel more appeased, accepting all parts of yourself through the process whatever your age, professional & personal situation, or past.
